Русский: Гиперболы, получающиеся сечением плоскостью одного и того же прямого кругового конуса. Угол раствора конуса — 60 градусов. Плоскость сечёт его на расстоянии пяти единиц ниже вершины. В верхнем правом углу показано положение секущей плоскости относительно оси конуса (проекция). Видно, что угол между асимптотами гиперболы (две синие линии), как и эксцентриситет, увеличивается и достигает максимального значения, равного углу раствора конуса, когда секущая плоскость параллельна оси конуса.
English: Hyperbolas, obtained cutting the same cone with a plane. Angle between asymptotes (blue lines) reaches its maximum, when the cutting plane is parallel to the cone axis. This maximum is equal to the cone angle. |
