Perhaps this is a simplistic concern, but with a hobby site/article receiving very much traffic would it not be a thought to a least do some monetization?
This site is actually my significant adsense generator. Other than that, there's not much of a way for me to monitize it considering that the niche is just not one where there are a ton of solutions for. Plus, the target viewers is fairly young.
lol to every one else. Aside from the numbers, this really wasn't a phenomenal job. The article itself is barely above 250 words . . . and I'm the type that writes an article as well as doesn't even go back to read it for correct grammar, spelling, ect before My spouse and i post it. As far as I understand, article requests is the best you can come to getting numbers of how many times your post was viewed. A "request" will be the number of times an article may be read online or wanted via email. Are you sure you cannot turn it into a money spinner? The rationale I ask is because of late the site that I write to get has received quite a few requests to get kissing related articles, and this also could of course suggest that there are some products out there which you could market. Of course this is only speculation, and i'm not really involved with affiliate marketing, apart from promoting the site I produce for. I don't know if you were witout a doubt there before you got backlinks from this thread but I suspect you used to be. That might explain the number of ideas.
Edit: 33,100 look ups a month on EXACT Oakley Holbrook within Google's keyword tool. Yes, that'll do it.
Ohhh, you're right. I'm a bad article internet entrepreneur. I admittedly never actually check to see if my posts make it on Google's very first page. Now I'm just asking yourself why my EzineArticle (same report) didn't make it to Google's initial page. Oh well, I'm not going to complain. A win is a get.
That's pretty good! I have one on GA with a little about 400 and another with a little under 400 requests, but they ended up being both published there within 2005. The one over 600 requests has 900 thoughts. (They are technology related and still have nothing to do with girls kissing, although it sounds like it may be a distinct segment worth pursuing LOL) Nothing at all recent has much above 100 or so.
