Money is what it does. If money makes you work hard then that is what it does. You just end up working hard and have no time to enjoy what you are earning it for. Most of us earn to have a good life. After working so hard do we have time to have a good life? Do we have time to give our children, to see them grow, to take that vacation? What use is the money if it cannot buy us happiness and peace and joy? Only if we could earn money with relaxation!

Don't fret. Even though the stock trading industry seems like one big complex concept for you, the truth is, it is simple enough to be understood by an Average Joe. Not everyone would become an expert overnight obviously, but even ordinary people like you can understand the basics of stock trading with the right attitude and frame of mind.

As for sectors in the market, the financials have recently perked up. This is encouraging as the largest weighting in the S&P 500 is the financial sector, and it has been said any times that it is harder for the S&P 500 to gain without the help of the financals. Banks hold an incredible amount of treasuries however and as rates rise (a good economic sign from this environment), they may not do as well. A better sign will be to see more lending.

Never put all your eggs in one basket- This is the major key when it comes to the matter of making money with stocks. You should never put all your money in one stock no matter how good the stock might seem to be. You should always put a bit here and a bit there simply due to the fact that even if you do suffer a loss in one stock the other stock would be able to save you.

First of all, remove your ego from the equation every time you place a trade, even a paper trade. The stock market doesn't respond well to an ego. When trading stocks online, you need veins of ice and hell, even a sense of humor! Just laugh it off and relax when you make a bad trade. The markets will force it to happen, so cut your losses and move on to your next trade.

I'm talking about the bubble in "investing in stocks." Never before have so many Americans done this. It gave us one of the biggest bull markets in stock history: a mega-18 years run from 1982 to 2000. But it also means that stocks have got a long ways to fall to get back in line with their historic relationships to other asset classes.

Unlimited Inventory. Once you have created a successful product, it becomes an asset that you own and control. There are no more production costs and the inventory is unlimited. You do not need to purchase additional inventory because you now own a product that cannot be depleted. Your job is to continue to market and promote your product for as long as there is demand for it.

Under educated. I don't care how smart you are. YOU NEED A PLAN. If you fail to trade with a plan then you are planning to fail. No if, and or buts about it.

Verbal exogenous shocks do not occur in the market as a whole. The market does not give a damn what some analyst thinks about a company, or what a CEO said, or stated about their upcoming earnings report. This is one of the major reasons why trading Starter kit the market, on the whole, is better than trading its components. One may argue that the market also experiences exogenous shocks. Of course it does. As traders we already face so many risks each day. I, for one, do not care to add on verbal exogenous risks.
